Driver in command
A god of war
Capturing a masterful image
Those masterful images because complete
Grew in pure mind, but out of what began?
A mound of refuse or the sweepings of a street,
Old kettles, old bottles, and a broken can,
Old iron, old bones, old rags, that raving slut
Who keeps the till. Now that my ladder’s gone,
I must lie down where all the ladders start,
In the foul rag-and-bone shop of the heart.
William Butler Yeats
More fun than sleeping in a cave
Between two worlds
Darkness and light
Nightlight
As good as the original
Redeeming our sins
Twenty years ago, NYC committed a sin against the laws of real estate by selling a 2 srtory building on a key corner of SOHO to a non-profit. Corners should be used for commerce and residential. Now, in a complex real estate transaction, the non-profit has sold it air rights for millions of dollars and is expanding to 5 stories. This sin of real estate misuse is now being alleviated.
